Company

The company MEDITEC Branscheid GmbH & CO. KG is a medium-sized family owned business in metal processing.

Located in Lüdenscheid, the centre for buttons and badges in Germany, the company produces buttons and uniform effects as well as hardware parts for the textile and leather industry for customers worldwide.

Our portfolio includes technical stamped and bent or angled parts, which are used in the electrical and electronics industry, automotive and numerous other areas.

For this purpose, we have our own machinery and toolmaking facilities to fulfil our customers requirements.

We mainly process non-ferrous and ferrous metals, but also special materials where customer requirements are being used for the required specification.

Verarbeitet werden überwiegend NE- und FE-Metalle, aber auch Sonderwerkstoffe je nach Kundenanforderungen.

The machinery ranges from 3 to 1,000 tonnes press capacity and includes hydraulic toggle press and eccentric presses, as well as automatic stamping and bending machines from various well-known manufacturers.

Our production does not end there. Our own surface treatment center as well as a paint make the range complete.

MEDITEC is the first point of contact for customers when it comes to the development of new buttons and badges or technical parts and is characterized by long-time experience in the realization of customer requirements.

Also in the field of technical stamped and bent parts, we support our customers with advice and assistance during the assessment and development in order to realize the desired products efficiently.
